**No Selling to Fellow Members Policy**

Our ASSC community thrives on collaboration, trust, and mutual support. To maintain a positive and respectful environment, we have established a "No Selling" policy for all members. This policy ensures that our focus remains on learning, sharing, and growth, without the pressure of unsolicited sales pitches.

Policy Guidelines:

**No Direct Selling**: Members are not allowed to directly pitch or promote their products or services to other members through private messages, public posts, or during community Zoom events unless expressly invited to do so.

**Respectful Engagement**: We encourage members to build relationships through meaningful interaction and sharing value. If another member expresses interest in your services or asks for recommendations, only then may you discuss your offerings.

**No Spamming**: Spamming, including repeated unsolicited messages, emails scrapped from the ASSC member directory, or social media connections for promotional purposes, is strictly prohibited. Any member found engaging in these activities will receive (1) a warning. If behavior persists (2) a suspension of 30 days. (3) If behavior continues, offending members will be removed from the community.

 **Content Sharing**: Sharing relevant resources, articles, or insights is encouraged.

However, promotional content or links that directly lead to a sales page or service offer is not permitted.

**Designated Promotion Opportunity**: The “Marketplace” found at speakercommunity.org within the “Resources” tab is provided for members to showcase their offerings in a structured manner. Participation is mandatory for all members selling services to speakers. There is an additional monthly subscription fee to be listed at the Marketplace.

 **Violation of Policy**

Members who violate any part of this policy will be subject to:
(1) A formal warning.
(2) Temporary 30-day suspension of community privileges.
(3) Permanent removal from the community if the behavior persists.
